Roof & Wall Cleaner is a universal cleaning product made from bio-based raw materials for the intensive cleaning of roofs and walls. The combination of specific active substances ensures that all pollution is loosened and broken down.

There's no need to scrub or use a pressure washer. Results are noticeable after just a few days.

Depending on the degree and nature of the soiling , the maximum result is achieved after a few weeks.
Roof & Wall Cleaner is also the ideal product for preparing any surface for further treatment such as painting and applying a waterproof coating. The product is bio-based and biodegradable.

Application :

Flat and pitched roofs: slate, tiles, shingles, corrugated metal, reed, thatch. Facades: brick, concrete, stucco, plaster, wood, etc., painted.

Useful information:

• Do not treat at high temperatures or in direct sunlight.
• Do not process at ambient and substrate temperatures < 5°C.
• Caution should be exercised when applying or spraying the product onto certain types of powder coating.
• Test the product first in an inconspicuous area.
• Can also be used on: Terraces and walkways, ornaments and statues, bluestone (natural), garden furniture, orangeries, greenhouses and verandas.

Prepare the support:

1. First, manually remove large accumulations of dirt for a faster result.

Instructions for use:

1. Always shake the product before use.
2. A test is recommended for powder-coated surfaces.
3. Apply ROOF & WALL CLEANER preferably undiluted, preferably on a dry or slightly damp surface using a brush or sprayer at a rate of 5 to 10 m²/L.
   Consumption depends on the severity of the soiling of the surface.
   Cover if rain is forecast within 24 hours.
4. Let the ROOF & WALL CLEANER work and the cleaning will happen automatically.
5. If desired, further treat the surface with paint or a waterproof coating after the contamination has disappeared.

   Rinsing is not mandatory; rain and the action of the product will gradually remove the dirt. However, rinsing or brushing can speed up the cleaning process for stubborn deposits.
3. Can a water repellent be applied after this product?
   Yes, it is even recommended to apply a water repellent to the roof or facade after thorough cleaning to prolong protection and delay the reappearance of moss.
4. Is the product harmful to plants?
   Like all moss removers, it can be harmful to plants. Protect plants or rinse immediately in case of accidental contact.
5. Is a specific weather condition required to use it?
   Ideally, dry weather, no rain in 24 hours, temperature between 5°C and 25°C.
6. How long does the effect of the treatment last?
   Depending on exposure, the effect can last 6 to 12 months. Regular maintenance is recommended in very humid or shaded areas.

   No, the product is intended for outdoor surfaces only.
