Foundation Sealer - Bitumen protection fluid - DL Chemicals

Installation of a vapor barrier and a waterproof layer on foundations and buried soils in contact with groundwater. Suitable for all outdoor uses and the most demanding locations. Can be applied to slightly damp surfaces.

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation :
   • The supports must be solid, clean, dust-free and degreased.
   • Remove any standing water, water film, or drips. Best adhesion is achieved on dry surfaces, but the surface does not need to be completely dry.
   • Stir the product well.
   • Fill voids and imperfections with cement mortar to achieve a smooth, even finish.
2. Laid :
   
   • Apply 2 coats for maximum protection. Apply the second coat only after the first coat has completely dried (after ±24 hours, depending on temperature and weather conditions).
   • Apply with a brush.
3. Consumption :
   
   • First coat of 0.67 l/m² and a second coat of 0.4 l/m², except for metal where 0.4 l/m² per coat must be applied.
4. Cleaning:
   • Clean the tools with white spirit.
