Metallic colored liquid roof coating

• Forms a sun-reflective, UV-resistant topcoat on roofs
• Good thermal insulation: helps reduce indoor temperatures and energy costs
• Protective and energy-efficient bituminous roof coating. Solar reflective (enriched with aluminum pigments). Thermal insulation: helps reduce indoor temperatures and energy costs.

Applications:

• Serves as a finishing coat after roof installation or on an existing roof after applying Pararoof Renovation.
• Prevent premature wear of the flat roof and the formation of cracks in the roof.
• Protect the flat roof from corrosion and moss formation.
• Provide thermal insulation for the roof: the rooms under the roof remain cool in summer and warm in winter.

Instructions for use:

• Preparation :
  • Surfaces must be solid, dry and free from dust and grease.
  • Degrease corroded metals and remove rust. If a roof is in poor condition or already leaking, first waterproof it with Pararoof Renovation.
  • Stir the product well.
  • Remove green algae with a stiff brush.
• Primary:
  • On very absorbent or dusty surfaces (concrete, cement, etc.) first apply the quick-drying (30 min) Pararoof Quick Primer bituminous fixative.
• Laid :
  • Apply 2 coats for maximum protection. Apply the second coat only after the first coat has completely dried (after ±24 hours, depending on temperature and weather conditions).
  • Continuously stir the product in the container during use
  • Apply with a brush or roller.
• Consumption :
  • 0.125 - 0.167 l/m² per coat
• Cleaning:
  • Clean the tools with white spirit.
