Pararoof Renovation - Semi-liquid bitumen roof coating - DL Chemicals

Semi-liquid bitumen roof coating. Restores, nourishes, and maintains existing bitumen roofs, fiber cement boards, and concrete. Extends their lifespan.

• Restore, nourish and maintain existing bitumen roofs, fiber cement sheets and concrete

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation :
   • Surfaces must be solid, dry and free from dust and grease.
   • Degrease corroded metals and remove rust. If a roof is in poor condition or already leaking, first waterproof it with Pararoof Renovation.
   • Stir the product well.
   • Remove green algae with a stiff brush.
   • Treat signs of roof aging: Open blisters and seal them with Pararoof Cold Glue. Seal cracks with Pararoof Bitumen or Pararoof Super.
2. Primary:
   • On very absorbent or dusty surfaces (concrete, cement, etc.) first apply the quick-drying (30 min) Pararoof Quick Primer bituminous fixative.
3. Laid :
   • Apply 2 coats for maximum protection. Apply the second coat only after the first coat has completely dried (after ±24 hours, depending on temperature and weather conditions).
   • Apply with a brush or roller
