Pentsol - One-component floor paint - Zep Industries

One-component polyurethane- based floor paint for food industries can be applied to new cement and old cement.
Particularly applicable indoors.

Properties :

• Does not require any mixing: avoids the risk of errors.
• Very high mechanical and chemical resistance.
• Virtually no climatic easements.
• Without chlorinated solvents.

Manual :

1. On new, absorbent floors poured 1 month ago and on old cement floors.
2. Wash with Zep Kemox or CK 18 to 25% solution, rinse and allow to dry for 72 hours.
3. For the first coat, dilute with 10 to 15% thinner for better penetration.
4. For the second coat, apply neat, minimum 12 hours, maximum 36 hours after the first coat.
5. Apply by brush, roller or pneumatic spray gun at room temperature.
6. To create a non-slip floor, sprinkle the Zep Quartz filler as you apply the second layer.
7. Cover with a third layer to perfectly secure the load.
