Soudatransit P FR is a through-unit for the passage of cables and small plastic pipes which can also serve as a fireproofing for reservations.

• It consists of a high-temperature circular plastic tube containing an intumescent graphite-based inner coating.
• Graphite expands when heated to seal gaps or voids around cables and pipes, preventing the passage of flames, smoke, and gases. SoudatransitP FR offers a fire rating up to EI 240.

• Available in diameters from 40 mm to 110 mm and different depths depending on the structure to be passed through.

Instructions for use:

1. Install Soudatransit P FR in the center of the wall or floor, ensuring that the center of the through-unit is located in the center of the drilled structure.
   In concrete (poured or installed by pressure):

3. Ensure that the circumference of the passage is watertight, if not, make it watertight with fire-resistant acrylic Acryrub FR PS.

4. Before installing the cables through the through-unit, remove the rock wool plug inside the Transit.
5. Once the cables are through, replace the plug in the middle of the through-unit.
6. Check the seal of the cap: that there are no openings inside to prevent cold smoke from passing through.
7. Ensure that the rock wool plug installation instructions remain readily available in the future so that the plug can be reinstalled after the installation of new or removable cables.
