PRESENTATION

The PRINTSTAR doormat features your logo or design on a high quality nylon fiber blend.

It is recommended for both outdoor and indoor use with its 2 available soles, at entrances, in entrances, corridors, lobbies, counters, offices, personal offices, or anywhere you want to display your company's logo , slogan , creations or message to your customers , visitors or employees .

It is fully washable and offers a palette of 45 colors for creating your design.

EDGE THICKNESS AND FINISH:

• ± 8 mm with 2 cm rubber edge (doormat to be laid)

The 2 cm wide rubber edge has a thickness of 3 mm.

DOORMAT UNDERLAYER:

The doormat is available in exterior and interior finishes.

1. Exterior : it comes with a Claw - Maxidrain sole with studs allowing the doormat to be raised as well as Ø 7 mm drainage holes for water evacuation in the event of bad weather.
2. Interior : It comes with a Claw sole with studs allowing the doormat to be raised.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRANSMITTING YOUR IMAGE-PHOTO-LOGO

NOTE: All projects are checked before study and production of a "GOOD FOR PRINT" BAT

Only YOUR VALIDATION of the "PROOF" triggers the production of your carpet, then the preparation for shipping. Please note that no corrections can be made after validation and production of the BAT.

Instructions to obtain the BAT after ordering:

1. You must take into account the dimensions ordered and the proportions of your sketch.
2. Your image should, if possible, be provided in the exact dimensions of the project (and in good definition)
3. You send us by email an image/photo of your project in JPG format (this is classic), PDF, PNG, PSD, TIFF, PNG or AI
4. You tell us the maximum 7 colors that you want, clearly indicating which color for which use.
5. The image is uploaded by our computer graphics department and verified.
6. The image is resized according to your ordered external dimensions. It is reduced, if necessary, by the thickness of the frame or the rubber edge
7. A BAT proof is sent to you by email and/or to your customer account
8. You can request corrections or adaptations*
9. You unequivocally validate the BAT by email.
10. We confirm and launch the production of your personalized and custom-made carpet.

Attention :

• Take into account a margin of +- 3 cm on the edges of the image in order to manage tolerances
• The color of the item and the color of printing may vary from the image displayed on the screen or in paper.
• You can provide us with the Pantone/RGB references of your logo to ensure compliance with the marking colours. Without any indication, we will use standard colours. Technical deviations from the Pantone/RGB colours must be tolerated.
• The BAT proof is sent in 100% actual size, unless the dimensions and/or a different percentage are indicated (for example 25%: the final result is therefore 4 times larger).
• Please check the proof carefully. After your approval of the BAT, we are no longer responsible for errors in the text and/or logo and/or image.

* In order to avoid abuse, corrections to the BAT are possible within the limit of 3 studies. However, for the less experienced, participation in the computer graphics services could be considered to obtain the desired project.

2. A neutral non-ionic detergent (pH 7) is recommended for printed carpets. The use of alkaline products is not recommended.
3. When extracting perforated mats, a single high speed extraction (maximum G-force of 600G) is recommended. If non-perforated mats or mixed loads of perforated mats are being extracted, a split extraction cycle, as below, is recommended to achieve optimum water extraction.
4. Due to the abrasive nature of the bristles, the Logo Scraper Mat may attract lint if washed with other types of carpets, so it is recommended that Logo Scraper Mats are not mixed with other types of carpets during washing. However, if mixed products are washed together, the carpets should be tumble dried to minimise lint build-up.

Note :

1. Lay rugs flat after removing them from the dryer. Allow rugs to cool before rolling. Never store printed rugs folded or stacked together when damp to avoid color transfer.
