Elixgrip - Anti-slip paint for floors - Owatrol

Monocomponent non-slip paint based on polyurethane resins , ready to use.

Properties :

• Reinforced anti-corrosion properties + specific anti-UV agents.
• Protects and decorates, concrete, screeds, wooden and concrete terraces...
• Excellent resistance to trampling.
• Great resistance to wear and time: non-slip fillers and reinforced formula.
• Satin-matt appearance, delays clogging, reverberation. Great ease of cleaning.
• Not suitable for passing vehicles.
• The yield can vary according to several parameters: the state and the porosity of the support, the temperature and the relative hygrometry.
  9-10 m2 /L per coat.

Application :

1. Apply Elixgrip in 1 or 2 layers (without overloading) preferably with a lacquer or short-haired roller.
2. Leave to dry for at least 6 hours between each coat.
3. Apply approximately 150 to 200 µm wet per layer.
4. Finally, carefully remove the dust with a cloth.
5. Possibility of tinting Elixgrip white with a universal dye (2 to 3%).
   Test first on a small area.
   Ensure dye pigments are UV resistant

• Inside and outside.
• New supports and renovation.
• Concrete, screeds, mortar slabs, surfaced concrete, asphalt concrete. Implementation in accordance with the DTU in force.
• Wood, new or rusty steel, aluminium, polyester, gelcoat, old paintwork in good condition (PU, epoxy, glycero, acrylic).
• Old porcelain stoneware tiles prepared.
