SP450 Finishing Sealant is an elastic, premium and durable hybrid sealant with a 20% work rate.

The SP450 can be easily repainted and is certified for all repointing and finishing work. Thanks to its versatility, it is the universal solution for facades, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, natural stones and upper glazing joints.

SP450 sealant is also suitable for bonding and finishing drains and shower trays. Insensitive to weather conditions, odorless, certified for food grade applications ( and in the hotel and restaurant sector (ISEGA).

SP450 finishing sealant is of the highest mold resistance class and can be perfectly used in sanitary rooms and kitchens.

SP450 sealant allows excellent bonding of materials such as metal, wood, glass, plastics and natural stone.

SP450 is resistant to solvents, oil, grease, alkaline and acid solutions and is water resistant.

• Suitable for all putty and gluing work, indoor and outdoor.
• Good elasticity and high mechanical strength.
• Mastic for natural stones, for example, marble, granite and blue stone.
• Can be painted with paints in aqueous or solvent phase.

• High classification in sanitary (X-S1), suitable for air ducts and HVAC (Heating, ventilation, air conditioning).

Implementation:

• Prepare the support by following the preparation instructions.
• Cut the tip of the cartridge to the desired width.
• Place the cartridge in a suitable gun (manual, pneumatic or electric).
• The SP 450 is finishable wet and dry. For the wet finish we advise you to use the spray smoothing solution, AA 301.
• Apply sealant without including air bubbles.
• For bonding applications, we recommend a maximum layer thickness of 1 to 6 mm.
• When used on larger, porous surfaces, a glue comb can be used.

Cleaning: 

For cleaning media and tools with sealant residue, we recommend using AA292 cleaning wipes or AA295 Natufix cleaner. The cured material can only be removed mechanically.
