MontagePro 140 is a powerful, ready-to-use, water-based, universal fixing adhesive that is distinguished by extremely high initial adhesion (more than 140 kg/m²) and high final strength.

Especially suitable for porous surfaces.

Application :

• Very good adhesion to all common porous building materials.
• Suitable for the secure fixing of materials such as wood, synthetic materials, stone, wall tiles or metal, on substrates of concrete, stone, plaster, wood, chipboard, etc.
• Suitable for gluing, in particular, paneling, boards, wooden or PVC baseboards, cable conduits as well as the most common decorative materials.

Instructions for use:

• Apply the glue in regular lines or dots using a glue gun to one of the surfaces to be glued. Always apply the glue to the ends, along the edges and in the corners.
• Press the two parts together and tap vigorously with a rubber mallet. Support if necessary.
• The bonded material can be subjected to loads after a period of 24 to 48 hours.

   No, Montagepro 140 is a water-based mounting adhesive designed for indoor use only. It is not weather-resistant.
2. Can it glue metal?
   Yes, but only if the other surface is porous (e.g., wood, plaster). If both surfaces are non-porous (e.g., metal on metal), use a hybrid or PU mounting adhesive.
3. Can polystyrene be glued?
   Yes, this glue is compatible and solvent-free, so there is no risk of dissolving the polystyrene.
4. Can you paint over the glue after it has dried?
   Yes, it can be painted with most paints.
5. What is the drying time?
   Initial setting time: a few minutes. Light handling: 1–2 hours. Full hardening: 24 hours.
6. Can it replace a mechanical fastener?
   For lightweight objects, yes. For heavy loads or structural applications, mechanical reinforcement is recommended.
7. How to clean glue residue?
   While it's still wet, wipe with water and a cloth. Once dry, scrape or sand.
