Fix ALL High Tack - High initial adhesion sealant - Soudal

Fix ALL High Tack is a neutral glue and putty with permanent elasticity, based on SMX polymers, with a very high initial adhesion. Fix ALL High Tack is a KOMO certified fastening glue based on BRL3107.

Characteristics:

• High initial adhesion (maintaining the object to be glued is not always necessary)
• Very fast hardening
• Optimal applicability
• Excellent grip (without primer)
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization and very durable
• Insensitive to mould, contains ZnP (biocide with fungicide action)
• Practically odourless.
• Can be painted with water-based systems
• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all weather conditions
• Contains neither isocyanates nor silicones
• Good grip on slightly damp supports

Applications:

• Application of waterproofing and bonding in the construction and metal industries.
• Collage and assembly of objects, panels, planks (wood, panels, MDF, particle panels, etc.) on a variety of materials.
• Flexible collages in the body industry and container construction.
• Seals in sanitary rooms and kitchens.

Chemical resistance:

Good water resistance (salt), aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols, diluted inorganic acids and alkali. Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Media:

Types: all common construction surfaces, treated wood, metals, PVC, plastics

Condition: undeformable, clean, dry or slightly damp, dusted and greased.

Pretreatment: Apply Primary 150 on porous media under high water pressure. Prepare non-porous surfaces with a Soudal activator or cleanser (see technical sheet).

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (e.g. Teflon®), oil substrates, copper or copper-containing materials such as bronze and brass. It is advisable to do a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on any medium.
