Tec7 Galvatech is a metal spray with 95% pure zinc for cold galvanizing all metals.

Features :

• Metal spray with 95% pure zinc for cold galvanizing all metals.
• Fast curing and water resistant after 10 minutes, can be painted over after 12 hours at room temperature.

Application areas :

1. Renovation or finishing of hot-dip galvanized surfaces damaged by welding, drilling or cutting.
2. As protection against corrosion on metal constructions. Protection of welded elements, constructions, etc.

Technical specifications:

• Temperature resistance: +315°C.
• Drying time:
  • dry to the touch after 3 minutes
  • water resistant after 10 minutes.
  • second coat after 15-30 minutes.
• Can be repainted after 24-48 hours (with most paints).
• Complete hardening: after 14 days; accelerated: 30 minutes at 150°C.
• Shelf life: 24 months, dry, cool and protected from frost.
