KDS Nr 4 - Multi purpose degreaser - Cold or hot degreasing - Zep Industries

Specially designed for cold or hot degreasing in the food processing industry which does not attack aluminum , metals , glass , lacquered surfaces or rubber seals.
Does not release corrosive vapors and is non- toxic.

Properties :

• Specially designed for cold or hot degreasing in the food processing industry.
• For cleaning walls and floors (floors, tiles and painted surfaces), ceilings, sinks, preparation trays, work tables.
• Also suitable for the interior of refrigerated trucks and tank trucks used for the transport of food products.
• KDS 4 does not attack aluminum, metals, glass, lacquered surfaces or rubber seals.
• Does not release corrosive vapors and is non-toxic.

Applications:

The product degreases hood filters, removes deposits of vegetable, animal and mineral fats.
It removes stubborn deposits of organic fats.

Diluted according to instructions, it does not attack aluminum, metals, glass, lacquered surfaces or rubber seals.

Manual :

1. Always dilute in water by 0.5 to 1%.
2. Depending on the surfaces to be treated, apply using a sprayer, brush, sponge or booster (with or without foam cannon).
3. For vertical surfaces, always proceed from bottom to top.
4. Use as a soak or bath. Rinse with water, from top to bottom, preferably using a pressure booster, with a minimum pressure of 75 bar and a flow rate of minimum 8 l/min.
   NB Never let the product dry on the treated surface without rinsing.
   Never use the product in its pure state.
5. Use KDS 4 in conjunction with KDS for proper dosing
