Acoustic underlay designed to limit the transmission of impact noise and airborne noise between floors.

Composition :

Insulit Bi+ 8 consists of a layer of embossed polyolefin foam (thickness ≥ 3.5 mm), physically crosslinked with closed cells associated with an acoustic felt with low dynamic stiffness (thickness ≥ 5 mm).

A two-component solution is more effective than a single-layer solution because the felt and foam cover a wider frequency range . The felt corrects low frequencies , while the foam corrects mid and high frequencies .
