Tec 7 PUR is a ready-to-use PU foam for assembly , filling, sealing , insulation , prevention of thermal and acoustic bridges, etc.

Features :

• Applicable 360°.
• Minimum expansion pressure.
• Usable from -10°C to +30°C.
• Rot-proof.
• Long shelf life, even opened.

• Base: polyurethane.
• Skin formation (FEICA TM 1014): 8 minutes.
• Cuttable (FEICA TM 1005): 45 min.
• Curing time: 90 minutes for 30mm thickness. Density: ± 25 g/l.
• Yield in free space (FEICA TM 1003): ± 32 liters of foam.
• Joint yield (FEICA TM 1002): ± 24 meters of foam (2 x 5 cm joint).
• Shrinkage (FEICA TM 1004): < 4%.
• Post expansion (FEICA TM 1010): 115%.
• Cell structure: ± 70% closed cells.
• Fire class (DIN 4102): B3.
• Pressure resistance: ± 2.0 N/cm².
• Shear resistance: ± 5 N/cm².
• Thermal conductivity (DIN 52612): 37 mW/mK
• Acoustic insulation (EN ISO 717-1): 58 dB.
• Transport temperature: up to -20°C.
• PUR application temperature: minimum +5°C.
• Surface application temperature: from -10°C to +30°C.
• Thermal resistance after hardening: from -10°C to +90°C.
• Shelf life: 12 months in the original closed packaging, store upright, dry and cool at 20°C
