Super grease remover. Use it to clean grills , cooker hoods , rotisseries , and the inside of ovens . It penetrates and works very quickly. The thickened formula allows the product to adhere to the vertical and upper surfaces of ovens. Effective at both high and low temperatures.

• It penetrates and acts very quickly thanks to the saponifying, penetrating and dissolving agents for cooked fats.
• The saponifying action of KLEAN FOUR facilitates stripping.
• The thickened formula allows the product to adhere to the vertical and upper walls of ovens.
• It does not attack glass, ferrous metals, stainless steel and enamel.
• Effective at high and low temperatures.

Applications:

KLEAN FOUR is suitable for use in catering kitchens as a cleaner for ovens, cookers, grills, hoods and cooking utensils (except aluminum or copper).

Instructions for use:

1. Turn off the oven and possibly the light.
2. Do not spray on switches, lights or other electrical connections.
3. Shake the aerosol can and spray onto the walls from a distance of 25 cm.
4. Apply first to the vertical and upper walls, then to the bottom.
5. Leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes or more on heavily soiled areas.
6. Wipe with a damp cloth or sponge. If necessary, reapply.
7. Rinse thoroughly with water.
8. Before reusing the oven, preheat for 10 minutes (max. 40 °C).
9. Wear gloves and goggles.
