Watelec liquid - Water-repellent lubricant - Zep Industries

Water-repellent lubricant for electrical equipment immediately removes moisture and forms an extremely flexible water-repellent protective film with a long-lasting effect.

Properties :

• Water repellent : Spontaneously interposes between water and the support.
  Removes moisture from all electrical devices and prevents it from forming.
• Does not stain : It does not dirty the treated surfaces.
• Penetrating oil : Very quickly loosens parts blocked by corrosion and wear.
• Lubricant : Effectively and sustainably lubricates moving parts in extreme conditions thanks, among other things, to the presence of PTFE.
• Cleaner : Removes old grease and grease making it easier to access for repair or inspection.
• Safe for materials : No chemical action on metals.
  Does not harm the operation of the collectors.
  Promotes the flow of current.
• Safe during application : Without chlorinated solvents.

Applications:

For electrical and mechanical parts such as electric motors, vehicle ignition devices, fittings and electric lamps against thermal shock, metal surfaces in general.
Against corrosion of small parts during storage or during machining operations.
Restarting operation of any electrical equipment rendered defective by water or humidity.

Manual :

1. Always use pure.
2. Spray evenly over all the material, approximately 15 cm away.
3. Pay particular attention to gaps
4. For complex pieces, preferably in a bath:
   Immerse the piece for around twenty seconds in the pure product, then drain.
   For the protection of mechanical parts:
   Completely immerse the parts to be protected for a minute or two.
5. In case of very heavy corrosion, brush off the rust and reapply the product for longer-lasting protection.
