Foundations - High Performance Protective Liquid - IKO Pro

High performance protective liquid , based on bitumen and solvents.

Easy to implement and usable in the most demanding situations .

Moisture proofing membrane and waterproof coating of underground masonry in contact with water.

Implementation :

The substrate must be in good condition, clean, free of grease and free from all loose particles.

Fill any cracks or holes in the support with a cement mortar to obtain a flat and smooth surface.

IKO pro Foundations can be applied on a slightly damp substrate.

Mix the product well by hand before use.

Apply IKO pro Foundations, even in cold weather (min 0° C), with a brush or an airless spray gun with a 0.024 inch opening.

Consumption :

• Metal support: 2 coats at 0.4 L/m².
• Other substrates: first coat ± 0.67 L/m²; second coat ± 0.4 L/m².

Tool cleaning:

• White spirit.

Technical properties:

• Dry matter: ± 50%
• Density: ± 0.89 g/cm³
• Viscosity: 80-115mm²/s (Ubelhode 40°C)
