ImperGuard - High performance waterproofing - Guard Industrie

ImperGuard is a high-performance water-repellent product intended to protect walls , facades and porous roofs against humidity.

It penetrates deep into the pores of materials to make them waterproof and thus limits the harmful effects due to humidity : infiltration, acid rain, erosion, freeze/thaw cycle, formation of moss and lichens, appearance of efflorescence or saltpeter, etc.
The water-repellent properties of ImperGuard are acquired very quickly (from a few hours to 3 days).

Implementation

Preparation of the support

1. Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, degreased and dry surface.
2. Rinse thoroughly until the surface is free of all traces of cleaner.

Application

1. Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute.
2. Shake the packaging well before use and carry out a preliminary test to check the good penetration of the product and the appearance after drying.
3. The support must be impregnated until saturation in one coat or in two coats “wet on wet” depending on the porosity.
4. Always apply from bottom to top.
5. Do not overload the support, remove any excess before drying. Risk of white marks.
6. Protected drying: 24 hours.
7. Maximum effectiveness obtained after 2 to 3 days.

Application tools

Apply with a low pressure sprayer, roller or brush.

Consumption

3 to 6 m²/L

Conditioning

1 L, 5 L and 20 L.
