Akepox 1016 Micro Filler - Ultra-fluid consolidator - Akemi

Versatile 2-component ultra-fluid consolidator , since its color is transparent , can be used for natural stone , concrete or concrete agglomerate.

Very slow hardening , very good penetration into fine cracks.
Closes the cracks and leads to a large surface compaction of the stone.

Use :

1. The plates to be treated must be pre-calibrated according to their nominal thickness, clean and dry.
2. The penetration capacity of the product is increased considerably if the surfaces are preheated (eg 60°C).
3. Thoroughly mix 3 parts component A with 1 part component B (eg 75 g and 25 g by volume or weight).
4. Coloring is possible using AKEPOX Stone Ink (max. 5%).
5. The mixture remains malleable for approx. 1-2 hours (20°C) and should be applied with a brush or a fine notched trowel over the entire surface. Repeat the operation several times on very absorbent areas.
6. After about 24 hours at room temperature the surfaces can be sanded and polished.
7. The contact force of the sanding and polishing segments should be a maximum of 1 to 1.5 bar.
8. Working tools can be cleaned with AKEMI Universal Thinner.
9. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening. For regular disposal completely empty the container.
