Procolle MS polymer colorless - Adhesive putty - Zep Industries

Adhesive putty based on MS polymer intended for flexible bonding and sealing of many materials.
Unique adhesion to most materials without the need for primer.

It adheres perfectly to glass, rubber, metals, wood and derivatives, concrete, marble, earthenware, brick, PVC, polystyrene, ceramic , as well as many duroplastic and thermoplastic materials.

Properties :

• Very rapid polymerization: between 5 and 20 min free of dust after application.
• Dries without shrinking, remains flexible, resists vibrations.
• Can be applied to porous and non-porous supports, on dry and damp surfaces.
• It does not contain solvents or isocyanates: it does not emit bad odors, either during application or after drying.
• Silicone-free.
• Can be painted immediately after application without slowing down the curing effect.
• Resists temperatures from –40°C to +90°C, after application.
• Resists diluted acids as well as salt or chlorinated water.
• Cartridge product easy to apply and work with (spatula, brush or finger).
• UV stable, weather, mildew and aging resistant.

Manual :

1. The surfaces to be glued or grouted must be clean, free of dust or any greasy substance.
2. Possibility of working on wet supports in certain cases.
   Preferably work in heated rooms, especially for metal supports.
3. The product is deposited by extrusion of beads in sufficient quantity between the materials to be sealed or bonded.
4. Gluing or smoothing the cord must be done within the time limit for skin formation.
5. The cords can be covered with most paints traditionally used in automobiles, immediately without waiting for drying.
6. Note: Avoid direct contact with fresh polyurethanes, which could partially inhibit the polymerization of the contact area.
