Soudafoam FR 2K - 2-component fire resistant polyurethane foam - Soudal

Soudafoam FR 2K is a two-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam with fire-resistant properties. Refer to the current report.

Features :

Applications:

• Assembly of fire doors and windows Filling of cavities.
• Application of a silent layer.
• Optimization of insulation in the field of refrigeration.

Manual :

• Indicated temperature for the aerosol from 10 to 25°C.
• Ensure doors and/or windows are braced before activating aerosol.
• Rotate the black disc at the bottom of the aerosol 5x to the right, shake the aerosol vigorously 20x, valve down, screw on the hose and empty the aerosol upside down.
• The injected foam should be a uniform purple color.
• If not, repeat the activation.
• After the components are mixed, the aerosol must be emptied within 5 minutes to avoid hardening in it.
• Immediately remove moss stains with a moss cleaner.
• Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.
• Possibly glue and cover the support and adjacent materials.
• Fill joint or cavity two-thirds full, as foam continues to expand as it cures.

Conditioning :

• 400ml aerosol
