High gloss finish polyglanz - Polishing paste - Vosschemie Soloplast

High gloss finish polyglanz is a silicone-free polishing paste to shine a surface made of polyester, epoxy, polyurethane and other lacquers and even plexiglass.

• Very suitable as a final treatment after using eg oxalic acid.
• Contains a very fine grit which also removes fine scratches.
• First clean the surface with, for example, Yacht cleaner or sealine degreaser.

Applications:

• As a deep cleaner for polyester, epoxy and polyurethane.
• Can also be used on Plexiglas. A layer of wax remains on the surface.

Treatment :

1. Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface.
2. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in circular motions and polish carefully with light pressure.
3. Remove paste residue with a cloth and let the surfaces shine.
4. Repeat the process if necessary.
5. Can be machined, but beware of too high a speed (max. 800 RPM with a polishing veil - diameter 13 cm).
6. Change the position of the fleece continuously so that the surface does not become too hot.
7. Can be diluted with white spirit or turpentine if necessary.
8. Do not let the high gloss finish dry.

Tip : When the hull is waxed, it is advisable to cover the waterline with a wide strip of tape.
Wax can worsen the adhesion of new coats of antifouling.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate gloves and protective clothing.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Tool cleaner: soap and water.
