Soudabitum LQ is a flexible bituminous coating for foundations. Bituminous anionic emulsion, single component, improved by latex. Forms a watertight or steam-tight membrane for outdoor or underground structures.

Characteristics:

• Quick drying.
• Steam sealing in 2 layers.
• Watertightness in 3 layers.
• Solvent-free.
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization.
• Can be applied horizontally or vertically.
• Application on rough or smooth surfaces.
• Resistant to aggressive substances present in the soil.
• Frost resistant after complete hardening.
• Possible use in contact with rock wool and XPS polystyrene foam.

Applications:

• Water or steam tightness of underground buildings.

Conditioning:

Color: Dark brown. Turns black after drying.

Packaging: 5 L, 10 L, 25 L Buckets.

Media:

Types: All usual construction surfaces, porous or not. With the exception of PVC, PE, PP and PTFE.

Condition: Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dust, grease, oil and any glue residue. solid, free of dust, sand and any other residue. Do not apply if there is a risk of rain or frost before complete hardening.

Pre-treatment: Large irregularities, cracks and damaged parts must first be repaired. Prepare the highly porous supports with diluted Soudabitum LQ (half Soudabitum LQ, half water).
