Egalcolor - Water-based floor paint - Knauf

Knauf Egalcolor is a film- forming water -based floor paint for exteriors and interiors , including spaces involving motor vehicle traffic (garage, etc.) or spaces for industrial use.
This single-component product has high resistance to abrasion , UV and alkalis as well as excellent adhesion to most substrates.

Application domain :

The excellent quality of adhesion of Knauf Egalcolor allows it to be applied on many supports such as: concrete, bricks, siliceous materials, wood and asphalt floors.
In some cases, it can also be applied to old paintwork (in this case, consult our technical department beforehand).

This product is perfectly suited for floors (e.g. garage, terraces, sports grounds, etc.).
Knauf Egalcolor paint is recommended as a protective layer on Knauf Egalmax, used in premises subject to light traffic (e.g. private garage).
It makes it possible to standardize the color of the leveling mortar, to increase its resistance to abrasion and its sealing.

Remarks :

1. Knauf Egalcolor should never be mixed with other products;
2. Clean tools, containers, etc. immediately with water.
   In the solid state, only mechanical cleaning is possible;
3. Pedestrian traffic possible after 4 p.m. depending on the conditions of application;
4. Maximum performance is achieved after 7 days;
5. Characterized by high resistance to abrasion and UV.

Consumption :

Approx. 7.5 m2 /L for 50 µ thickness

• 5 L bucket: Gray, green and red colors
