Laminating resin based on 2-component, solvent-free and odorless epoxy resin in practical kit form with thickening powder and fiberglass tape, sandpaper and hardener.
Remains slightly tacky on the surface so no sanding is required between coats.

Applications:

• Laminates that require extremely high strength and durability.
• This in combination with glass fabric, aramid and carbon fibers.
• Ideal for repairing surfboards, boats, skis and other GRP moldings.
• Can be used on wood, metal, PUR, phenolic foam, stone, ceramics, leather, polystyrene foam and GRP.
• Good resistance to most chemicals and low shrinkage.

Treatment :

1. Mix the two components in a weight ratio of 4:1.
   Pot life: 30 min at 20°C.
2. Processing temperature: 18-25°C.
   Waiting time between coats: 40-60 min.
   Dry after 24 hours. Hardening after 24 hours at 20°C.
3. The resin is fully cured after 7 days.
4. Speedcoat or urki voc-2k lacquer can be used as a top coat.
5. You can add 10-50% aerocell thickening powder.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)

Conditioning :

• 250g.
