SikaPower 415 P1 - Epoxy structural adhesive - Sika

SikaPower-415P1 mastic at 1 component applied cold and hardened epoxy-polyurethane-based hot. The pre-curing (up to the formation of skin) is possible by controlled humidity and heat exposure. The pre-durcissement is done at room temperature by the formation of a skin by exposure to moisture or heat. SikaPower-415P1 is manufactured according to the rules of insurance quality ISO 9001 and 14001 and the program 'responsible care'.

Areas of application

SikaPower - 415P1 is suitable for the caulking of welds (e.g. laser welding) and assemblies (edges) in the manufacture of bodywork. A skin forms within 4 hours following the application by exposure to moisture in the air, which makes the wash-resistant product. The caulking of oily media (standard anticorrosion treatment and oily surfaces, 2 g/m²) is possible by oil consumption during the hardening hot which is an essential part of the application.
