Hygienic cleaner for light soiling on materials and surfaces where food and beverages are prepared , processed or stored.

Properties :

Applications:

Use only as a means of controlling bacteria (excluding bacterial spores and mycobacteria), yeasts and fungi on materials and surfaces where food and beverages are prepared, processed or stored, except milking equipment on the farm.

The product is intended for professional use only.

Manual :

1. The product is ready to use and is used for disinfection of materials and surfaces in the food industry.
2. This agent can be applied by spraying or dipping.
3. Application by spray: First carefully clean the surfaces to be disinfected then rinse with drinking water.
4. Remove excess water and apply this agent by spraying to surfaces at room temperature.
5. If necessary, spread the agent with a paper towel.
6. After disinfection, allow surfaces to dry for at least 5 minutes.
7. When disinfecting, use enough agent to keep treated surfaces moist for the duration of the application.
8. Minimum treatment time: against bacteria and yeast: 2 minutes. For fungus control: 5 minutes.
