Applications:

Highly chlorinated alkaline detergent for treating theine, caffeine, and tannin stains. Very high-quality sequestering agents facilitate rinsing and prevent limescale buildup. Use with an automatic dosing device. Approved for food contact.

Instructions for use:

1. Sort the dishes and remove the waste.
2. Put the dishes in the dishwasher.
3. The product is automatically dosed into the machine by the dosing system.
4. Replacing an empty container: Turn off the dishwasher. Turn off the Pollet dispenser if necessary. Wear safety glasses and gloves.
5. Carefully remove the product suction tube from the empty container.
6. Insert the suction tube into the new container.
7. Turn on the dispenser and the washing machine.
8. Re-prime the Pollet dosing pump if necessary.

1. Is this product suitable for the food industry?
   Yes, it is designed for cleaning surfaces that come into indirect or direct contact with food. Rinsing with potable water is mandatory.
2. Can PolTech Washclean CL be used on aluminium?
   No, materials sensitive to strong alkalis (aluminum, zinc, light alloys) should be avoided to prevent corrosion.
3. Is the chlorine smell strong?
   The product contains chlorine but is formulated to produce a controlled odor. Good ventilation is still recommended.
4. Is it compatible with central cleaning systems?
   Yes, this is one of its main uses thanks to its low expansion and excellent rinsability.
5. At what temperature does it work best?
   The product is effective in cold temperatures, but its effectiveness increases between 20°C and 40°C. Do not exceed 50°C to preserve chlorine stability.
6. Can it be used to eliminate biofilm?
   Yes, its alkaline + chlorine formulation allows it to treat biofilms in formation. For mature biofilms, mechanical action may be necessary.
7. Does the product foam a lot?
   No, it is low in foam, ideal for closed-circuit (CIP) and high-pressure machines.
