Pressurizing the coffee promotes the accumulation of coffee deposits and coffee fats in the part of your Nespresso machine (the so-called extraction system) where the coffee is prepared as well as in the spout.

Manual :

It is advisable to clean your Nespresso machine after around 30 cups or at least once a month.

1. Place a Nespresso HG cleaning capsule in the machine and press the large cup button.
2. Remove the empty Nespresso HG cleaning capsule and wait 60 seconds to allow the detergent to work properly.
3. Then rinse the machine thoroughly, brewing 2 large cups without a coffee capsule.
