    Levelit Clip Kit - Keys and Pliers

    These kits contain everything you need to start leveling like a professional and laying a perfectly even floor .
    Each kit contains as many clips as shims and leveling clamps.

    With the complete kit , you'll be up and running in no time:

    • Always the right amount of clips and shims
    • An instant, hassle-free start
    • Reusable bucket

    Models

    • Leveling clips with a joint width of 1 - 1.5 - 2 - 3 - 4 mm allow them to be used on tiles with a thickness between 6 and 12 mm.
       The plastic clip makes it easier to insert the shims.
    • The XL leveling clips with a joint width of 2Lmm or 4Lmm are longer, allowing them to be used for tiles with a thickness between 15 and 25 mm.
      The metal clamp supplied with the XL kit allows for easier insertion.
    • The XL leveling clips with a joint width of 3Lmm are longer, allowing them to be used for tiles with a thickness between 22 and 30 mm.
      The metal clamp supplied with the XL kit allows for easier insertion.

    Slide the clip under the slab

    Step 1: Slide the clips under the tiles

    After the glue is applied, the clips are slid under the tile.
    You place one or more clips per side depending on the tile format.
    Position the tile by tapping it with a mallet.

    • Place the adjacent tile after positioning the spacers.
    • Depending on the dimensions of the tile, it may be necessary to use several spacers on each side.
    • The use of a minimum of two spacer clips per side is recommended for tiles larger than 20 cm.

    Slide the wedge into the clip

    Step 2: Apply the wedges

    Slide the wedge into the opening of the cross brace.
    Carefully insert the wedges into the clips without exceeding the breaking point.

    Push the wedge in with the adjustment pliers.

    Step 3: Use the pliers

    Use the special adjustable clamp for easier insertion.

    Break the clip along the direction of the joint

    Step 4: Remove the clip

    Allow 24 hours for drying after this application!

    Once the glue is completely dry and hardened, the still visible part of the crossbars must be removed.
    To do this, you need to cut the upper part of the cross braces with a mallet or with your foot by striking the cross brace with its wedge in the direction of the joint.

    The caps are reusable by unscrewing them from the clips.

    CAUTION, do not break the clips with the counter joint.

    Usage tips

    The number of clips and spacers required depends on the size of the tiles.
    The quantity of Levelit depends on the size of the tile (A x B) and can be deduced by consulting the table provided.

    Possible joint width:

    • 1 mm
    • 1.5 mm
    • 2 mm
    • 3 mm
    • 4 mm

    Packaging:

    Tile thickness 6-12 mm

    • 100 clips, 100 shims and plastic clamps: 1 - 1.5 - 2 - 3 - 4 mm
    • 250 clips, 250 shims and plastic clamps: 1 - 1.5 - 2 - 3 - 4 mm
