Levelit professional wedges allow you to align all tiles and at the same time ensure perfect spacing of the joints between them.

The wedges are made of durable plastic and can therefore be reused many times.
The leveling wedge is used in combination with the spacer and the leveling clamp.

• Tiles less than 6 mm thick
• 13 or 14 mm tiles

This tool is placed under the standard wedge to allow the use of Levelit with tiles less than 6 mm thick.
For tiles 13 or 14 mm thick, this tool can be used in combination with long pliers and standard wedges .

Facility :

Step 1: Slide the clips under the tile

After the glue is applied, the clips are slid under the tile.
You place one or more clips per side depending on the tile format.
Position the tile by tapping it with a mallet.

• Place the adjacent tile after positioning the spacers.
• Depending on the dimensions of the tile, it may be necessary to use several spacers on each side.
• The use of a minimum of two spacer clips per side is recommended for tiles larger than 20 cm.

Step 2: Apply the wedges

Slide the wedge into the opening of the cross brace.
Carefully insert the wedges into the clips without exceeding the breaking point.

If the tiles are less than 6 mm thick, the compensation wedge can be placed under the standard wedge.

Step 3: Use the pliers

Use the special adjustable clamp for easier insertion.

Step 4: Remove the clip

Allow 24 hours for drying after this application!

Once the glue is completely dry and hardened, the still visible part of the crossbars must be removed.
To do this, you need to cut the upper part of the cross braces with a mallet or with your foot by striking the cross brace with its wedge in the direction of the joint.

The caps are reusable by unscrewing them from the clips.

CAUTION, do not break the clips with the counter joint.

Usage tips

The number of clips and spacers required depends on the size of the tiles.
The quantity of Levelit depends on the size of the tile (A x B) and can be deduced by consulting the table provided.

Tile thickness:

• 6-12 mm: Key
• 3-5 mm: Compensation shim in addition to the key

Packaging:
