Cover to be tiled in insulated galvanized steel - Assisted opening - B 125 kN - HAGO

Tile cover with power opening thanks to a hinge and a gas cylinder. It is almost waterproof and odor-proof.

It is also insulated thanks to a Z-profile containing an insulating plate made of hard polyurethane foam with an aluminum protective layer on both sides.

Characteristics:

• The edge and lid of the well are made of cold-formed steel 2 mm thick.
• Effortless opening with one hand through the use of a stainless steel hinge and gas cylinder.
• Equipped with a high quality chemical resistant seal.
• Flush-mounted height 75 mm.
• Inner height of the lid: 50 mm.
• Breaking load 125 kN according to EN 124.
• Z-profile containing a hard polyurethane foam insulation plate with an aluminum protective layer on both sides.
• RC value 3.6 m2 K/W.
• Very easy to open and close, frame and hatch connected by Allen screws.
• With fallback protection.
• The hinge side of the hatch is equipped with 2 additional fixed U-shaped anchors with mounting hole on the outside.

Installation: 

One once the frame has been installed and the concrete has completely hardened in the hatch, the hatch can be opened carefully (max. 85° opening angle) and the gas cylinders must then be mounted.
