EXTRACT FROM THE REGULATIONS:

"Article 3.1.2. Selection of winners

Only one prize will be awarded per verified winner (same name, same address).

Prizes are awarded in descending order, from 50th prize to first prize.

For the first draw, the winners are chosen by random draw live on PIERRE & SOL's social networks from the list of order numbers, registrations or records verified and previously established from the first order 105,532 after 12/19/2024 0:00 to the last order before 06/15/2025 12:00 if there are at least 7,500 validated orders (excluding marketplace) over the defined period. The acting bailiff, Virginie BOSCARIOL of the AKEROITITIA firm, will be the recipient of all data useful for subsequent verification.

Then each order/customer/prospect drawn will be re-checked to verify:

1. If the amount of the order delivered, via the E-shop or via Quote has not been cancelled and/or refunded and/or returned and/or in errors or any other causes which could cause its participation to be null and void.

Or

2. If registration on the dedicated list of the competition newsletter remains active

Or

3. If registration in the list of prospects or customers of the PIIERRE & SOL e-shop according to the prescribed procedures.

The second draw is carried out following the same procedure for orders from 15-06-2025 12:01 to 15-12-2025 12:00.

Active newsletter subscriptions remain valid for both draws. Subscribing before 5/6/2025 therefore gives you two chances to be entered in the draws.

The first draw of the 2025 Grand Competition is cancelled: EXPLANATIONS

1. Our rule, your transparency

The rules (art. 3.1.2) stipulate that a first draw can only take place after 7,500 validated orders (excluding marketplaces) between December 19, 2024 and June 15, 2025 at 12 p.m. This threshold guarantees a consistent number of participants and the final value of the prizes.

2. Situation as of June 15, 2025

• Orders validated outside marketplaces: 4,968

• Deviation from threshold: –2,532 orders

As the number of orders did not reach the set target, the first print run was therefore cancelled (postponed) in accordance with the regulations. The bailiff in charge was informed.

3. What happens to your tickets?

• Orders : each validated order keeps its bonus tickets and remains registered for the second drawing.

• Newsletter subscriptions : any active registration before June 15, 2025 still has two chances (rule unchanged).

• Registered prospects : same, no further action required.

4. Heading for the second draw

The current sales dynamics allow us to confirm that the threshold of 7,500 orders will be largely reached for the following period (June 15, 2025 – December 15, 2025). The second draw will take place as planned in accordance with the regulations.
