AntiGraffiti Guard is a high-performance , two-component anti-graffiti product. Formulated with next-generation resins, it is much more effective in protecting all porous and low-porosity concrete against graffiti or tags of all kinds (paints, markers, etc.) and dirt .

The product provides permanent protection for treated surfaces.
It withstands about ten cleanings and therefore does not need to be reapplied after graffiti removal.

Use

All types of concrete: standard, reinforced, fiber-reinforced, high-performance (UHPFRC, GRC)
Facades, new or old, exterior.

Implementation

1. Shake the container well before use and use undiluted.
2. Always test on the surface before application.
3. Mix the entire dose of component A with the entire dose of component B.
4. Thoroughly mix part A (base) with an electric stirrer before use to obtain a homogeneous liquid.
5. Add part B (hardener) to part A (base) while stirring.
6. Stir moderately using an electric mixer for a minimum of 5 minutes.
7. Allow to degas in the open air for 10 minutes then re-homogenize using the electric mixer before application.
8. The mixture thus prepared can be used for 2 hours at an ambient temperature of 20°C.

Applying the first coat in two passes:

1. In case of high temperatures: The first coat can be diluted with 10% clear (drinking) water.
2. Mix everything together thoroughly.
3. Apply the product to the surface previously treated with the primer.
4. Allow to dry for 1 hour (at a temperature of 20°C).
5. Typical consumption on concrete: 60 to 100 g/m² (10 to 16 m² / litre).

Applying the second coat in two passes:

• For better control and perfect mastery of the finish, it is recommended to apply the 2nd coat of AntiGraffiti Guard using an HVLP type sprayer.
• Typical consumption on concrete: 60 to 100 g/m² (10 to 16 m² / litre).
• Apply a 3rd coat if the final consumption is not reached.
• Protected drying: 24 hours.
• Optimal effectiveness achieved after 5 to 7 days

Application tools

For better control and perfect mastery of the finish, apply preferably using an HVLP type sprayer with 4 bars of pressure or with a brush and roller.

Consumption

120 to 200 g/m² for 2 coats.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does the product change the appearance of the surface?
   No, Antigraffiti Guard is colorless and non-film-forming; it does not alter the original texture or color.
2. Is the protection truly permanent?
   Yes, unlike so-called "sacrificial" protections, Antigraffiti Guard resists repeated cleanings and does not need to be reapplied after each intervention.
3. How do you clean graffiti after it's been applied?
   A simple high-pressure wash is usually sufficient. Hot water at 70–80°C facilitates stripping.
4. Is the product suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
   Yes, it can be used in both cases, even in humid environments.
5. Can you paint on a treated surface?
   The paint will not adhere properly. You must sand or remove the product before repainting.
6. Is the product UV resistant?
   Yes, the formula is specially designed to resist UV rays and does not yellow.
7. What is the lifespan of the protection?
   Depending on exposure and type of surface, the protection lasts 5 to 10 years.
8. Can the product be applied to a damp surface?
   No, the surface must be perfectly dry to ensure optimal adhesion.
9. What application temperature?
   Between 5°C and 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight during application.
10. Is it compatible with other hydrophobic treatments?
    Yes, but it is recommended to carry out a preliminary test to check compatibility.
