PRO 30D - Water-resistant white wood glue - Soudal

PRO 30D is a ready-to-use quick-drying aqueous phase glue based on PVAc, offering good water resistance (D3).

Characteristics:

• Easily malleable.

Application:

• Indoor applications where the bonding comes into contact with water or condensation for a short time, repeatedly.
• Indoor applications where the bondings come into contact with water or condensation for a long time, repeatedly.
• Outdoor applications whose bonding is protected against the direct impact of climatic conditions.
• Gluing of windows, doors and stairs to meet class D3 of EN204.
• Gluing of wood, cardboard, chipboard, veneer.
• Bonding for mounting soft wood.
• Collage, among others, of tenon and mortise assemblies, punches, dovetails and junctions.
• Glues for stationary edges with veneer frames, synthetic laminates and solid wood.
• Gluing of decorative paper, HPL and CPL on chipboard, MDF and Triplex.
• Bonding of longitudinal joints and thickening of softwood, hardwood and chipboard.

Conditioning:

• Color: white.

Instructions for use: 

• Apply the glue to one of the materials to be glued using a thin toothed spatula, brush or machine. Join the materials to be glued and tighten them for 1 to 2 hours.
• The setting time is strongly influenced, by the type of wood used, the temperature, the humidity of the air, the amount of glue and the absorbent power of the bonded materials.
• Minimum tightening time for high frequency bonding > 15 sec. and 5 - 10 sec. with decorative paper.
• Minimum pressure time for mounting connections: 8-15 min
• Minimum tightening time for bonding longitudinal joints and thickening: 10 - 15 min.
• Minimum tightening time for a hard plastic plate in a press at the parade or a press to plate at about 70 ° C: ± 90 sec. on multiplex and 45 sec. on chipboard.
