Soudafix P300-SF is a 2-component polyester anchoring resin. Ideal for stress-free fixing of threaded rods in solid (ETA: M8-M24) and hollow (ETA: M8-M16) substrates such as uncracked concrete, solid brick, hollow brick, aerated concrete, natural stone, and plasterboard walls. Use with a standard caulking gun.

Instructions for use:

• Drill the hole according to the specifications (depth, diameter).
• Clean the hole with a brush and then blow through it.
• Screw the mixing nozzle onto the cartridge.
• Extrude the first 10 cm onto cardboard until the mixture is homogeneous (uniform dark grey color).
• Concrete or solid brick: fill the bottom borehole by slowly removing the static mixer.
• Hollow brick: insert the sieve and fill from the bottom while slowly removing the static mixer, so that the product is pressed through the holes in the sieve.
• Introduce the anchoring by a left-to-right rotation movement.
• Check that the borehole is properly filled. Observe the open time and curing time.
• Do not move the anchor during the curing time, allow the excess product to harden.
• It can be easily removed after hardening with a hammer and chisel.
• Secure the object.

   Polyester (P300-SF) is faster and more economical, ideal for general fixings. Epoxy is reserved for very heavy loads and cracked concrete.
6. Can the attachment be loaded immediately?
   No, it is imperative to respect the curing time before any load is applied.
7. Does the product have a strong odor?
   No, it is styrene-free, so much more comfortable to use indoors.
8. Is a partially used cartridge reusable?
