FS Biolube LP - Conveyor lubricant - Zep Industries

Synthetic lubricant for conveyors made of synthetic material (acetal, kevlar, teflon, delrin, etc.). Suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries . NSF H1 approval.

Compatible with conveyor belts made of Acetal, Kevlar, Teflon, Delrin etc. Safe for contact with containers made of PET, glass, tin, polycarbonate, PVC and laminated materials.

Manual :

Automatic spray application:

1. Apply a dose of undiluted product into the spray system for 2 ÷ 5 seconds at the start of each shift, then every 1 ÷ 4 hours.
2. When using Lubri Dry for the first time, apply the product with a sponge the day before, while the machine is off.
3. Then, as needed, it can be used using the automatic system.

5. Spray the product by spreading it with a sponge or clean cloth.
