Metal plastic alu - Polyester filler for bodywork - Soudal

Polyester coating, reinforced with aluminum pigments.

• Allows work in greater thicknesses.
• Polyester putty containing aluminum pigments, for repairing and strengthening damaged metal and polyester surfaces.
• Due to its consistency, application in large layers is possible.

Features :

• Can quickly be reworked (sharpening, sanding, etc.)

Applications:

• Filling crevices, cracks and hollows in metal plates, even zinc-plated and galvanized.
• Repair scratches, tears and dents on cars.
• Repairs to metal, polyester and wood surfaces.
• Filling cracks in the wood.

Manual :

1. Apply a small amount of paste to a flat surface and mix it with 2-3% hardener.
2. Mix thoroughly until beads of hardener are no longer visible.
3. Do not mix more product than you can use within ± 5 min.
4. Apply the mixture quickly, in a smooth manner, using a spatula (if necessary in several layers), until the upper side protrudes slightly from the adjacent part.
5. After hardening, it is possible to continue the treatment of the surface (sanding, painting, etc.).
6. Cleaning product: Acetone
7. Repair: With the same product.

Conditioning :
