Small ax for outdoor life in the forest and in nature , forged, shot-blasted and varnished, also suitable for garden work.

Curved hickory handle. Cutting guard provided.

Features :

• The ax is hand forged and made from Swedish steel following a tradition that dates back to 1697.
• The steel is worked with a large number of blows, which makes it more compact and increases the strength of the ax.
• The quenching leaves a visible mark inside which the ax can be sharpened without weakening the edge.
• Hickory handle, treated with linseed oil.
• A blade guard is included with the ax. You can purchase it separately or as a replacement part.
