FS Formula 10184 - Alkaline Degreaser - Zep Industries

FS Formula 10184, a foaming alkaline cleaning agent for removing stubborn soils.
Application in the food industry for all types of workshops.

Properties :

• Quickly removes embedded grease, oil and soot deposits.
• Very suitable for cleaning smoke boxes.
• Can be used for both manual cleaning and foam cleaning with foam generating devices.
• Produces a stable and adherent foam, to obtain a prolonged contact time.

Applications:

FS Formula 10184 may be applied in meat and poultry processing plants, institutional kitchens, restaurants, transport tanks and other processes where food products may be smoked or transported or where soot may be produced.

Manual :

1. Foam cleaning, use one part FS Formula 10184 to 5 to 20 parts water.
2. Apply the solution to the surfaces to be cleaned using a foam generating system.
3. Leave the foam to act for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm, pressurized water.
4. Weekly bathing and mechanical cleaning, use one part FS Formula 10184 to 20 to 50 parts water, depending on the severity of the soiling.
5. Rinse surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.
6. For cleaning tanks, dose 1 to 1.5 parts of FS Formula 10184 to 100 parts of water.
7. Carry out cleaning using an installation with a rotating projection head. Rinse surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.
