Micropol AEA Clear is a synthetic air entrainer for mortar and concrete.

Why use in mortar?

1. The workability of the mortar is extraordinary! So you save time.
2. All types of hard sand are equally easy to work with.
3. The mortar no longer segregates: no water on the mortar, no need to remix the tanks.
4. Gain in volume by the introduction of air bubbles.

Why use in concrete?

1. Better miscibility and vibration: no sand or gravel nests.
2. Increased resistance against freezing and thawing.
3. Better resistance against chemical agents, notably salts which are used to melt ice on the roads.
4. Reduced permeability compared to ordinary concrete.
5. Water saving: better water/cement factor.
6. The concrete no longer segregates: no more water on the concrete.

Noticed :

Cements based on fly ash, organic components in sand, clay and loam can influence the operation.
