Sprayable contact adhesive for fast and transparent bonding of a wide variety of materials .

Applications:

1. For double bonding of various materials, decorative wood or laminate panels (Formica®, Resopal®, etc.), veneering and edge bonding, rubber, insulation (not for polystyrene), paper, cardboard, fiberglass, textiles, felt, cork, leather, most synthetic materials (always test), etc.
2. Whether on themselves, between themselves or on most surfaces, wood, chipboard, metal, plaster, concrete, glass, etc.

1. Does the glue allow for repositioning?
   No, Rectavit 128 is a contact adhesive. Once the two surfaces are in contact, the bond is immediate and permanent.
2. Can it be used on polystyrene?
   According to the Rectavit technical data sheet, it is generally compatible with many foams, but some solvents can attack sensitive polystyrenes. Always perform a test beforehand.
3. What is the approximate yield?
   A 500 ml aerosol covers on average 4 to 8 m², depending on the porosity of the substrate, the spray thickness, the type of bonding (single or double bonding).
4. Can large surfaces be glued?
   Yes, that's one of its main advantages; the homogeneous spraying allows for consistent bonding over large surfaces.
5. What is the waiting time before assembly?
   Generally, the solvent should evaporate within 1 to 5 minutes. The surface should no longer feel damp to the touch.
6. Is it heat resistant?
   Yes, once dry, it offers excellent thermal resistance, useful for industrial, automotive applications, or in areas exposed to temperature variations.
7. Can it be used outdoors?
   It is not designed for direct exposure to water or UV light. It can be used indoors or in a protected outdoor area.
8. How do I remove the residue?
   Fresh residue can be removed with a suitable solvent (acetone or professional cleaner). Once dry, the glue is more difficult to remove.
9. Doesn't the spray drip?
   No, the aerosol is designed for a clean, drip-free application with a regular, fine spray.
