Powerful concentrated acid cleaner with compact foam to remove limescale and protein deposits from food processing appliances. Restores shine to aluminum , galvanized metals and stainless steel .

Properties :

• Restores shine to aluminum, galvanized metals and stainless steel.
• Contains a mixture of vapor-free inorganic acids and wetting agents.
• All cleaning and wetting components are completely biodegradable.
• Used as prescribed, does not alter most commonly used colors.
• Test on a chosen surface before use.
• Suitable for use as an acid cleaner in the food processing industry, without direct contact with food.
• Accepted as an acid cleaner in the meat and poultry processing industries.

Applications:

Suitable for canneries, dairy industries, bakeries, fish processing plants, wine processing plants, vegetable processing plants, bottling plants, meat and poultry processing plants, institutional kitchens, breweries , supermarkets, egg processing factories, etc.

Manual :

For the removal of limescale and protein deposits in the meat industries:

1. Use 1 part product to 32 to 64 parts hot water.
2. Spread the foam solution with a foam cannon on the surface to be cleaned.
3. Leave the foam to act for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Scrub if necessary and then rinse with hot, high pressure water.
5. Do not let the foam dry on the surfaces but re-moisten if necessary.

To regain the shine of aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel surfaces:

1. Use 1 part product to 16 to 32 parts hot water.
2. Spread the foam solution with a foam cannon on the surface to be cleaned.
3. Leave the product to act and rub the surface until the desired shine is achieved.
