Lactosolv - Limescale and milkstone cleaner - Zep Industries

Removes milk stone , boiler stone , limescale and rust in dairies, cheese factories and other food industries .

Properties :

• A concentrated chemical cleaner, composed of cleaning agents suitable for industrial use, on an acidic basis without fumes.
• This combination results in a non-irritating respiratory product that is effective for a wide range of industrial and institutional applications, but also for CIP applications as well as restoring gloss to metal surfaces.
• Economical dilution of 1:30. To reveal the shine, dilute 1:5.
• Acidic action but does not release irritating vapors.
• Does not contain hydrochloric acid or nitric acid.
• Restores the shine of aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel surfaces.
• Removes rust from steel and cast iron appliances and parts.
• Diluted product is safe to use on painted surfaces.

Applications:

Very suitable for calcium and protein removal in canneries, dairies, bakeries, fish processing plants, wine processing plants, vegetable processing plants, bottling companies, meat and poultry industries, institutional kitchens, breweries, supermarkets, egg factories and restaurants.

Manual :

1. For the elimination of calcium and proteins on processing equipment in the meat and poultry industry, use 1 part of Lactosolv for 5 parts of water.
2. Spread this solution generously on the surface to be cleaned.
3. Leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. The concentration and action time may vary depending on the degree of fouling.
5. Brush the surface with a scrubbing brush or sponge made from natural materials.
6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
7. To make aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel surfaces shiny, use Lactosolv for 3 to 5 doses of water.
8. Spread this solution generously on the surface to be cleaned.
9. Leave to act and brush from time to time until the desired level of cleanliness is achieved.
10. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and if necessary repeat the operation on very matted surfaces.
11. Dishwasher: add 4 liters of Lactosolv to the water in the machine, run it until the limescale is dissolved.
12. Drain the solution and fill the machine with clean water.
13. Run the machine for 5 minutes and drain the water.
14. Repeat the operation until the limescale has disappeared.
15. To remove limescale (matte effect) on glass and plastic, use 1 to 40 doses of Lactosolv per liter of hot water, until the limescale has disappeared.
16. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and then dry.
17. Eliminate limescale by CIP cleaning, rinse the system with cold water.
18. Dilute Lactosolv 3685 in water, 1:5 to 1:10. Circulate the solution for 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the degree of scaling.
19. Drain the solution and rinse well.
