Soudabond easy gun is a ready -to-use, single-component , self-expanding polyurethane adhesive for the effective, clean, economical and durable bonding of thermal insulation and dry construction panels for buildings.

Features :

• Reduction of working time by up to 30%.
• System to screw in a gun.
• High starting adhesion - even at low temperatures.
• Economical to use, because it is dosed precisely.
• Also suitable for vertical bonding.
• Formable from a box temperature of +5°C or an ambient temperature of -5°C.
• Thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/ (m∙K) for an ideal complement to insulation boards when filling joints.
• Flexible and non-friable.
• Evens out irregularities optimally.
• The low consequent expansion allows fast and reliable layout of insulation and dry construction boards.
• Free, simple and complete disposal of the packaging thanks to the PDR system
• Huge weight reduction/huge space saving compared to PU glues, mortars etc. classics.
• Fast hardening, work can be continued after approx. 1 hour.
• Without solvents.
• Resists a multitude of solvents, paints and chemicals.
• Insensitive to aging, rot-proof, resistant to mould, but not UV resistant.

Applications:

• Durable, economical, clean and efficient bonding of thermal insulation panels.
• Suitable for bonding insulating panels based on rigid PS (EPS + PSX), polyurethane (PUR/PIR) and phenolic foam in areas: platform roofs, perimeters, facades, drainage or insulation elements, cellar ceilings , interior insulation, etc.
• Bonding of fibreboard/gypsum boards in dry construction.
• Bonding of non-load-bearing interior walls, such as partitions, privacy walls, American bar counters, stone shelves, etc. in flat blocks (cellular concrete, sand-limestone, plaster, etc.).
• Filling hollow spaces between thermal insulation elements
