The Soudafoam low expansion Combibox is a set of 10 Soudafoam low expansion Click & Fix pistolable aerosols, 1 Click & Fix gun and 1 Click & Clean cleaner .

Instructions for use:

1. Shake the aerosol can well for 30 seconds.
2. Thanks to the unique (patented) Click & Fix fixing system, you simply need to turn the aerosol a quarter turn on the gun.
3. Adjust the flow rate of the gun (with the screw at the back), then pull the trigger.
4. Only partially fill the gaps, as the foam will continue to expand.
5. Shake the aerosol can regularly during use.
   If applying multiple coats, dampen the surface between each coat.
6. Traces of foam that are not yet dry can be cleaned with Soudal Click & Clean.
7. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically, with Soudal PU-remover.
8. The aerosol can be stored for later use; in this case, leave the gun on the aerosol.
9. At the end of the work, thoroughly clean the inside of the gun with Soudal Click & Clean.
10. Properly moistening the substrate accelerates drying and improves the cellular structure of the foam.
11. Preferably store upright.

1. What is the difference between standard foam and Low Expansion foam?
   Low-expansion foam expands less after application, allowing for more precise dosing and preventing overflow into joints and cavities. This is particularly useful for installing joinery and delicate caulking.
2. Can this foam be used on all surfaces?
   It adheres very well to most building materials (concrete, wood, masonry). It does not adhere to non-adherent plastics such as PE, PP and PTFE, unless a specific primer is used.

   Yes, the Combi-pack with 10 aerosols + gun + cleaner is designed for professional use or large projects, offering a good amount of foam and a complete tool for multiple applications.
4. How do I clean the gun after use?
   Use the Click & Clean cleaner provided to remove any uncured foam residue from the gun. Once the foam has cured, only mechanical cleaning is possible (by scraping or sanding).
5. At what temperatures can this foam be applied?
   The foam can generally be used between approximately +5°C and +30°C, but it is advisable to check the exact recommendations on the product datasheet for very low temperatures.
6. Is it UV resistant?
   The foam is not resistant to UV rays. If it is exposed outdoors, it is recommended to protect it (for example with a coating, sealant or covering).
