Genius Expansive Foam Fire Class B1 - Manual PU foam - Soudal

Expansive foam based on polyurethane (PU) with excellent thermal and acoustic properties that protects against heat, cold, humidity and noise.
Particularly suitable for insulating and caulking holes and cavities, both indoors and outdoors.

• Also suitable for mounting doors and windows.

Features :

• High form stability (no shrinkage or post-expansion)
• High filling efficiency
• Excellent adhesion on all substrates, except PE/PP
• Very good thermal and acoustic insulation
• Excellent characteristics for assembly

Applications:

• Perfect for quick and easy caulking of gaps, holes, cracks, joints and depressions in all kinds of building materials.
• This flame retardant foam is particularly suitable for the long-lasting and optimal insulation and sealing of moving joints and junctions between walls, ceilings, doors and windows.

Manual :

1. Shake the aerosol vigorously for 20 seconds.
2. Screw the adapter onto the aerosol.
3. Moisten the dusted and degreased support.
4. For unusual substrates, it is advisable to carry out an adhesion test.
5. Fill the joint or cavity for 2/3, as the foam continues to expand as it cures.
