Applications:

• Perfect for quick and easy caulking of gaps, holes, cracks, joints and hollows in all kinds of building materials.
• Particularly suitable for durable and optimal insulation and sealing of moving joints and junctions between walls, ceilings, doors and windows.

Instructions for use:

1. Always wear safety glasses and gloves.
   The surface must be clean and free of grease.
2. Ensure good ventilation and keep away from sources of ignition.
3. Humidifying the surface promotes adhesion and accelerates hardening.
4. Fill the joint only about 50%.
5. For large cavities, apply in several layers and moisten between layers.
6. In case of soiling, immediately remove the foam using Soudal PU Foam Cleaner.
7. Remove the hardened foam mechanically or using Soudal PU Foam Remover.
8. Film forms after 10 minutes, can be cut after 1 hour, can be placed under pressure after 12 hours.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can the foam be reused after opening?
   Yes, thanks to Genius Gun technology, the aerosol can be reused for several weeks if the applicator head is kept clean after use.
2. Is the foam suitable for outdoor use?
   Yes, once hardened, PU foam is very weather-resistant. For prolonged UV exposure, it is recommended to cover the foam (with plaster, paint, etc.).
3. Can you paint or coat the foam?
   Yes, after complete hardening (12 to 24 hours), the foam can be cut, sanded, coated or painted without any problem.
4. Does the foam expand a lot?
   No, it is a low expansion foam, ideal for work requiring precision (doors, frames, finishes).
5. What materials does it adhere to?
   The foam adheres to concrete, bricks, plaster, wood, PVC, metals. It does not adhere to PE, PP, PTFE (non-adherent plastics).
6. How long does it take to dry?
   Skin formation, approximately 8 minutes. Cutting possible, 45 minutes. Complete hardening, 12 to 24 hours.
7. Can foam be used to fix insulating panels?
   Yes, it is perfectly suited for bonding insulating panels, rigid sheets, polystyrene, etc.
8. What is the yield of a bomb?
   Generally, one cartridge can produce 25 to 40 liters of foam, depending on the temperature, humidity and application technique.
9. Can foam be used to insulate hot pipes?
   The foam is resistant from -40°C to +90°C, so it can be used around pipes, as long as they do not exceed the maximum temperature.
10. Is the foam flammable?
    The foam is flammable before polymerization. Once hardened, it becomes difficult to ignite, but should never be exposed to a direct flame.
