Soudafoam Mini - Manual PU Foam - Soudal

Soudafoam Mini is the miniature version of Soudafoam, of professional quality, this product is contained in a 150 ml package which makes it convenient for occasional use as well as for small applications.

Applications:

• Installation and insulation of door and window frames.
• Pipe insulation and filling of their penetrations.
• Joint filling and electrical conduit installation.
• Bonding and insulation of panels, corrugated sheets, tiles, etc.

Instructions for use:

• Shake the can vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
• Attach the hose to the valve of the can.
• Turn everything over and press the lever.
• Only partially fill the gaps (approx. 1/3).
• Shake the can regularly during use.
• If applying multiple coats, moisten the surface between each coat.
• After use, thoroughly clean the valve and the hose with Soudal FOAMCLEANER.
• Clean unhardened foam stains with Soudal FOMACLEANER.
• Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically, with Soudal PU-remover.
• Operating temperature: +5°C to -30°C.
• Lightly moistening the substrates accelerates hardening and ensures an even better cellular structure.
• Preferably store upright.

   Yes, once fully hardened, the foam can be painted, coated or covered.

   Yes, Soudafoam Mini offers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, ideal for limiting thermal bridges.
5. What is the difference between this and PU foam for a gun?
   The manual version is simpler to use for small quantities, while gun foams are more precise and economical for large projects.
6. Can it be used to attach elements?
   It is not designed as a structural adhesive. It is suitable for light shimming, but not for load-bearing fixing.
